FREE Re-train courses

It’s likely that on reflection, there will be questions you wished you asked or areas that you need a bit more explanation on. With our new re-train offering, we allow anyone who has attended a course through us, to re-attend the course on our next public scheduled dates at NO extra cost.

 

The benefits of re-attending a course:

  • • You’re more likely to remember the information.
  • • You’ll catch things you missed the first time around.
  • • You’re more likely to take action on the information.
  • • After re-attending, you will have more confidence in applying what was learnt as topics will be repeated that you might’ve not grasped fully the first time around.

Terms and Conditions:

  • • This offering is only applicable to delegates who have successfully attended the same course in the past 6 months.
  • • Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the original booking confirmation / certificate to confirm the delegate(s) attendance.
  • • We require 5 working days’ notice to confirm your attendance before the class is scheduled to start.
  • • Once the confirmation of your attendance on the previous course has been received a training confirmation will be sent out stating the details of the course, training venue with map for directions, the dates as well as the starting times.
  • • Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be in writing and reach us via fax or email at least 5 (five) working days prior to the course commencement date. The retrain offering voucher may be retained for no shows or requests within 5 working days prior to commencement.
  • • Only the same delegate who attended the previous session may attend the next session, no other delegate(s) to replace another delegate is allowed under any circumstances unless the client’s booking has been paid for.
  • • One retrain voucher per course per person is allowed.

If you are a student and in possession of a valid student card from any tertiary institution you qualify for our 40% Student Discount.

40% Pensioner Discount.

If you are retired and would like to enrol for a course, all you have to do is send us your valid ID Document and you will qualify for our 40% Discount..

 

Retrenched? Receive 40% Discount.

If you have been recently retrenched and need a course to give you that one step above the rest you will qualify for our 40% Discount. Proof of your retrenchment needs to be supplied upon registration.

 

Terms & Conditions

 

  • Proof of status must be provided.
  • Proof of payment or PO to be received no later than 30 calendar days prior to course start date.
  • This may not be used in conjunction with any training vouchers redeemed
  • Only 1 requested date change will be allowed for these bookings provided this is done with a minimum of 5 working days written notice to us prior to course start date
  • Although we go to great lengths to ensure that all training proceeds as scheduled, Learnfast reserves the right to cancel or postpone dates if we require to do so and undertake to inform clients in writing and telephonically of these changes.
