ArchiCAD Expert Program  


The ArchiCAD expert program is a series of courses that will take you from beginner to expert level. By combining these courses you will get a significant overall cost saving of up to 20% on the price.

Financing Option: You will be allowed to finance and pay off the full amount of the course over 6 month’s interest free.



This program has been designed to provide the student with multiple certificates, locally recognized by industry for maximum employability. On completion the student will earn the following:

Your Learning Path: Your learning path consists of the following courses: *Please Note that they need to be taken in this order:


Step 1: ArchiCAD Level 1 & 2

The course is designed around getting the user familiar with the user interface of ArchiCAD. It covers the movement around ArchiCAD as wel as assisting the user in becoming more comfortable with the software before moving on to the advanced skills and tools.

Step 2: ArchiCAD Level 3
The course introduces the skills required to produce construction documentation and 3D presentations of a typical Interior Architecture project using Graphisoft ArchiCAD software. Students will learn how to efficiently create project documentation for various trade packages, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior & exterior elevations, sections, detail drawings, scheduling & specification, to Australian drawing standards. Students will also learn how to use ArchiCAD as a tool for creating quality presentations to communicate their design intent. The course enables students to acquire ArchiCAD skills to enhance employment opportunities.

Step 3: ArchiCAD Level 4

ArchiCAD level 4 presents you the advanced modeling and documentation tools of ARCHICAD.
It is intended for users, who would like to get a deeper understanding of the ARCHICAD’s modeling and documentation solutions, as well as students and teachers using it as part of the BIM Curriculum Exercises.

Step 4: ArchiCAD Level 5: Teamwork

The fifth level of ArchiCAD training provides you with a detailed explanation of the ArchiCAD’s Teamwork Concept. Using Teamwork is comprehensive hands-on training to familiarize you with the functions of Teamworks and BIM Server Management.

The training consisits of 2 main chapters. Teamwork and BIM Server Setup explains how to install and set up the BIM server and how to share an ArchiCAD project for Teamwork. It is also intended for users who will work on the BIM Server and be responsible for maintaining a smooth workflow within the Teamwork environment.

Using Teamwork describes how to use Teamwork in a shared project within a small architectural team. Intended for all ArchiCAD users having at least basic ArchiCAD knowledge.

You will be mentored on a one to one basis by a subject matter expert with continues practical exposure and focus on problem areas, allowing you to progress at your own pace and deciding what content requires more or less time.

Do a course at your own pace via our “myWay Distance Learning”. We have re-defined studying via online by combining self-study with supported interactive online video lectures, extra resources, questionnaires and much more, all supported via out Online Student Portal. You will get a course coach and lecturer assigned to you so that you never feel alone and have support whenever you need. Your coach will look after you and your study health, encouraging you to progress constantly.

What is ArchiCAD?

Important Notes

  • Students are to be at the training venue by 08h00 in preparation for a 08h30 start time.
  • The CAD Corporation retains the right to change this calendar without any notification.
  • Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the proof of payment or an official company purchase order for the full amount of the training.
  • For full day courses The CAD Corporation will supply you with the relevant training material. A desktop computer to use for the training (where applicable), tea/coffee and a full lunch for full day InClass training hosted at The CAD Corporation only. Catering is not included for OnSite training and laptop is available for hire at an additional cost if required.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be in writing and reach us via fax or email at least 5 (five) working days prior to the course commencement date. Full course fees may be retained for no shows or requests within 5 working days prior to commencement.
  • Although we go to great lengths to ensure that all training proceeds as scheduled, The CAD Corporation reserves the right to cancel or postpone dates if we require to do so and undertake to inform clients in writing and telephonically of these changes.
  • The CAD Corporation suggests clients wait until a week prior to course commencement that a course has been confirmed to go ahead as scheduled before booking flight and accommodation. The CAD Corporation is NOT responsible for cost associated with cancellation of classes such as flight and accommodation for clients.
